A comprehensive guide to non-recurring service costs and administrative fees.
The following charges apply to specific member requests or account actions. These fees allow the cooperative to recover costs for individual services without impacting the general energy rates for all members.

| Service Connection Fee | $25.00 | To establish new service or transfer an existing account. |
| After-Hours Reconnection | $75.00 | Applies to requests made after 4:00 PM or on weekends. |
| Meter Test Fee | $40.00 | Refunded if meter is found to be more than 2% inaccurate. |
| Member-Side Service Call | $50.00 | If a technician is dispatched and the issue is on member equipment. |
Penalties & Late Fees
- Late Payment: 5% of the unpaid balance will be added if not paid by the due date.
- Returned Payment: $30.00 fee for any check or bank draft returned for insufficient funds.
- Meter Tampering: Minimum $200.00 fee + actual damages and potential legal action.
Construction Fees
For new line extensions or infrastructure upgrades:
- Engineering Quote: $100.00 (Applied toward construction if project proceeds).
- Temporary Service: $150.00 for construction-site power poles.
