- ✓ Service address and landlord information (if renting).
- ✓ A valid government-issued ID.
Membership Equity
As a cooperative member, you aren’t just a customer; you are an owner. A one-time $25.00 Membership Fee is required at the time of application.
*This fee establishes your voting rights and your Capital Credits equity account. It is refundable if you ever leave the service territory.
