Job Description

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within company databases and systems. This role ensures information is complete, organized, and easily accessible while supporting daily operations across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Job Related Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including data entry and file management

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and office software

  • Ability to type efficiently with minimal errors

  • Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines

  • Previous data entry or clerical experience preferred, but not required
