Job Description

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction for the organization. The CEO works closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to set vision, define long-term goals, and ensure operational and financial performance aligns with the organization’s mission and objectives. This role oversees all major business functions and represents the organization to stakeholders, partners, and the public.

Job Related Qualifications

  • Proven executive leadership experience in a senior management role

  • Strong strategic planning, organizational, and decision-making skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop executive teams

  • Experience with financial management, budgeting, and performance oversight

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Experience working with or reporting to a Board of Directors

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred

Special Requirements

  • Ability to manage high-level responsibilities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

  • Willingness to travel as required

  • Availability outside normal business hours when necessary

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
