Job Description

The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance and support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. This role ensures reliable day-to-day operation of computer systems and technology resources while delivering timely, professional support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically capable, and able to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

Job Related Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications

  • Experience troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

  • Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VPN, user access, printers)

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

  • Ability to document issues and solutions clearly

  • Previous IT support or help desk experience preferred
