Election Process
Democratic elections held annually by cooperative members within their district. Directors serve three-year staggered terms.
Meeting Schedule
Regular board meetings held monthly on the third Thursday at 6:00 PM. Annual member meetings occur each spring.
Election Process
Official minutes from all board meetings are published and available to members within 30 days following approval.
